	Formal Letter to Hotfurs.com This was e-mailed to the administrator of hotfurs.com, a furry pay-to-view pornography site claiming business relations with hekshano.com. It was mailed on tuesday, october 25th, 2005. As a result of the webmaster's fraudlent claims, I am formally advising everyone to BOYCOTT HIS WEBSITE. It is obvious from these letters he is not an honest individual and giving him your personal information is inadvisable. I mean come on. He pretended to be a lawyer for the sake of trying to get me to remove a chatlog someone ELSE posted! Please cease the misinformation you are propagating on your website (www.hotfurs.com) in relation to my own (www.hekshano.com). You have hekshano.com listed under your affiliates section. I will quote from your affiliates program website (http://hotfurs.com/verotelprivew.htm) how the site is not in line with your requirements. "Our Affiliates program allows you, the future affiliate get a piece of the action, with a whopping 28% to every refer sign up INCLUDING the reoccurring fees we allow you to attain the excess cash that you want from the work of putting OUR banner up. Don't worry, no gimmicks here just the business of a commissioned referee." The banner in question does not exist on hekshano.com in any location. It does not exist on the link page (http://hekshano.com/linkies.html) nor the exchanges page (http://hekshano.com/exchanges.html). It would therefore be in a violation of your terms for affiliate agreement. "We are also glad to announce that this is totally RISK free which means if they cancel their account you STILL get your commission to the closing date. " As stated here referrals are not needed to obtain a commissioned artwork. I have never obtained commissioned artwork or payment from hotfurs.com, hotfurs.com webmaster or any associated parent companies. By this we can see hotfurs.com is in violation of its own terms if you maintain still hekshano.com is an affiliate. I have never signed up with verotel.com, which handles hotfurs.com payments. There is no record of me in their servers and I will gladly have verotel back this up in a court of law if need be. I have therefore never signed the affiliate agreement, nor signed up hekshano.com as an affiliate to hotfurs.com. "Don't worry, no gimmicks here just the business of a commissioned referee." Obviously this is an untrue statement. Therefore I am requesting formally the removal of the banner (http://hotfurs.com/pictures/frontpage/SHIMObrokenpencil.gif) and link (http://www.hekshano.com) from the affiliates section of your front page (http://hotfurs.com/) and any other locations on hotfurs.com where hekshano.com may be listed as an affiliate. If you desire to continue linking to the website, that is fine, but I am formally requesting you do not do so under false pretenses. As a piece of advice to an obviously novice businessman and webmaster, I beseech you never to lie about business relations specifically to gain recognition. This e-mail will be copied and redistributed to proper authorities as well as displayed prominently where possible customers of yours will be able to see it. I'm posting it here because it is flat out hilarious and need to share. Okay, yeah, i MST'd it. my comments are in italics. I actually put them there to point out some things as it goes along, like how the laws he cite have nothing to do with the issue and the terms he uses are inaccurate to what he's claiming. Also, SUCH BANNER MENTIONED is NOT directly under mentioned affiliates and he JUST in the past four minutes changed it to read 'links to see (pending legal pussydom)'- fine by me. he can leave it up then, since it's clear it's not business related now. but wow, i'd give this guy my credit card number like i'd give hannibal lecter a salt shaker and a chainsaw. Actually (added 27 of oct 2005) a lot of people have been asking me if this is a joke and if i was messing with his text. here's SCREENSHOTS of his email. i am DEAD FREAKING SERIOUS about this, guys. this is exactly what he wrote. shot one, shot two It also got pointed out to me by a friend who works as an intern in a legal office that lawyers will sign letters like this with confidentiality agreements. There's none on this, like you can see from the screenshots. Also he didn't state his 'lawyer's name, which i think is required if you do that so you can check if they're. you know. allowed to practice law. i have a feeling HR stands for 'hotfurs' and 'rankin' or something he made up on the fly. added nov. 21st 2005: apparently the link is still up on the page, despite the webmaster sending an email to a third party claiming he took it down. what's MORE interesting is he apparently sent this email WITHOUT the knowledge of the company V.I.B.E., and citing two names that aren't even employees. i got this whisper on furcadia. wow. just wow. a real trustworthy businessman this webmaster turned out to be. the final response after this i'm putting yiv's email on a filter straight into my junkmail folder, but i just thought you should all enjoy the last thing i sent him before that.
