yeah its ok
though that is what he wonts it is a gift art from amber and
he said no that is that. Im so mellow i never get angry.
the only time i ever get angry it was to years after my mom
die in 7th grade and every one was making funny of me cause of
saying things like aaww the baby wonts his mom and then i
snaped and grabed a banboo pole from the gym and beet the crap
out of ever one who had made fun of me and. iv never got mad
seens then.

Cheer up,
emo kid. Most artists don't care enough about their commission
clients to hate/like them either way; they're just doing a
service for you. Try saving up and finding an artist you like
to draw you a picture. I could probably find someone looking
to draw...

Well, she's
had a lot of free time lately. Maybe if you smash your piggy
bank and hope she has some free time coming up, you'll get
your wish. Personally I think she needs some fodder for that
cubi journal when it comes time to discuss cubi signs, but
that's just me. Don't tell her I said
that.

Emo is,
well, when you're depressed a lot and think people dislike you
when they don't. No need to be down in the dumps, there's
plenty to look forward to. Not everybody hates you, so cheer
up!
As for cost, I'm not sure. Artists that I've
commissioned before asked anywhere from 20-40 dollars, on
average. Bigger pictures usually cost more, but a simple
character drawing shouldn't be too
much...

1- you didn't state you knew who the
artist was. 2- you didn't even indicate you knew who the
character was. 3- you didn't state what purpose you'd use

i knew, you thought i drew it. which was wrong. i told you
amber drew it and it was a gift for me. for all i knew, you
were planning to put it on teeshirts and sell it. this was
actually the FIRST thing into my mind since most literate
people tend to state their purposes if it's honestly for
something innocent. i've had people try to take my art for
making cafepress stuff before and i was not about to let it
happen to art that wasn't even done BY me but rather FOR
me.
what i told you was that if you used the art
anyway, DEPENDING ON THE PURPOSE AND WITHOUT CREDIT, legal
action might have to be taken. don't twist my words. or didn't
you understand them?
foremost, it's a gift. let me try
to make this simple for you to understand.
imagine it's
your birthday. your parents have just given you a brand new
playstation 2. you're really excited because it's your first
game system ever and you didn't have the money to buy one by
yourself. so you put it in your room and go eat your birthday
cake.
now imagine a stranger knocks on your door. you
open it and he is standing there holding YOUR playstation in
his hands. he smiles and says 'i just need your permission,
can i have this?'
seriously, what are you going to say.
maybe if it was your old own playstation that was already
banged up you might lend it to a FRIEND, but even then a
complete stranger is a stretch. but this is a gift. it is
simply not cool to walk off with other people's
gifts.
and if i catch you doing it, you'll see me go
all art-theft-zilla on you. get

and we were talking about me paying to get a pic made. you
im a noob i NOW NOTHING! yes you heard me I NOW NOTHING! about
how this stuff works you see im trying to learn. learn is the
main point in this and you are scaring me. but you see for
1 thing i dont steal things to sell them or make

COULD just give him the location of the chat, tell him to stop
by, and you can give him advice there. I do suppose a lot of
us would prefer that as opposed to you and ajax chat-posting
on the forum. No hard feelings, though, I know you like to
help out people, especially the newcomers.
